As the E-Commerce Project Lead, I architected the end-to-end launch of the SOEL platform. Utilizing a hybrid Agile framework, I managed the deployment of the WooCommerce infrastructure, configuring complex product taxonomies for 50+ initial SKUs. I engineered distinct conversion pathways, ensuring frictionless checkouts for retail users while implementing dedicated lead-generation funnels for the “SOEL Business” sector.

To establish immediate domain authority and drive performance marketing, I synchronized the platform with Google Merchant Center for automated inventory feeds and deployed localized schema markup.
