Executing a rigorous technical Shopify optimization was critical to rescuing Jalaram Designs’ digital revenue pipeline. As the E-Commerce Project Lead, I directed the complete overhaul of this high-traffic D2C ethnic apparel brand. As the E-Commerce Project Lead, I directed the end-to-end platform overhaul. I initiated the project with a rigorous UX audit to identify critical drop-off points in the mobile funnel. I then managed the complete restructuring of the product catalogue architecture, ensuring complex apparel variants were easily navigable and logically mapped.
To resolve the performance bottlenecks, I orchestrated a heavy media optimization protocol, deploying WebP formats, implementing lazy loading, and leveraging global CDN delivery.
