How did we tackle the challenge?

As the E-Commerce Project Lead, I directed the end-to-end platform overhaul. I initiated the project with a rigorous UX audit to identify critical drop-off points in the mobile funnel. I then managed the complete restructuring of the product catalogue architecture, ensuring complex apparel variants were easily navigable and logically mapped.

To resolve the performance bottlenecks, I orchestrated a heavy media optimization protocol, deploying WebP formats, implementing lazy loading, and leveraging global CDN delivery. I successfully engineered a streamlined, 3-step checkout flow and established a continuous A/B testing framework to guarantee data-driven conversion improvements post-launch.
