About Me

I’m a Customer Support Specialist, Web Developer and Operations Strategist with a background in Computer Engineering and a passion for creating high-performance digital solutions. My journey began as a Junior Web Developer and Tutor at ITsouls, where I honed both my technical and mentoring skills. Later, I gained hands-on experience in sales, customer support, and financial management while assisting in my family business, giving me a deeper understanding of business operations and customer engagement.

I then co-founded RiffScript, a digital marketing firm. I initially worked as a Web Developer and SEO Specialist before transitioning into a Customer Support Specialist role. I collaborated directly with clients, handling technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and strategic consulting. To expand RiffScript’s reach, I launched a podcast series, which helped attract new business and strengthened our industry presence.

My next chapter took me to Odyssey, where I worked as a Senior Operations Manager, managing B2B and B2C operations, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This experience refined my business strategy, process optimization, and team leadership skills, bridging the gap between technology and operations.

After relocating to Canada in 2024, I focused on upskilling in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, and Technical SEO, earning the Google Project Management Career Certificate, and joining PMI (Project Management Institute) while preparing for the PMP certification. I’m also expanding my web design skills in Figma and Webflow, engaging with the Figma Community (FoF) in Toronto.

Beyond work, I enjoy writing on Medium and sharing insights on films, philosophy, and life. Photography is another passion of mine – I love capturing people, city streets, and nature, offering a creative perspective on the world.
