As the E-Commerce Project Lead, I architected the end-to-end launch of the SOEL platform. Utilizing a hybrid agile framework, I managed the deployment of the WooCommerce infrastructure, configuring complex product taxonomies for 50+ initial SKUs (ranging from eco-friendly journals to home decor). I engineered distinct conversion pathways, ensuring frictionless checkouts for retail users while implementing dedicated lead-generation forms for the “SOEL Business” corporate gifting sector.

To establish immediate domain authority, I built a technical SEO foundation using RankMath, deploying localized schema markup for the Ahmedabad market and XML sitemaps. I synchronized the platform with Google Merchant Center for automated inventory feeds and established a rigorous QA protocol to hit elite PageSpeed scores, ensuring the digital experience matched the brand’s premium, mindful ethos.
